I'm Elizabeth

I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. I graduated with a Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling from the University of Miami. I completed my undergrad at Clemson University in South Carolina. During my time at Clemson, I focused on working with victims of sexual assault and those affected by trauma. It was there that I found my passion for helping those in need of a safe space and a supportive shoulder. 

I have experience working with couples, families, adolescents, and adults. I focus on building positive emotional reactivity, creating healthy boundaries, and revitalizing personal relationships. I am knowledgeable in Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Gottman’s Couples Therapy. My goal is to build self-confidence and fuel the belief that change can happen through conscious efforts. I work every day to ensure I am giving my clients the best therapeutic treatment.
