The Clinician Behind Your Care

I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from the University of Miami. I completed my undergraduate studies at Clemson University in South Carolina, where I focused on working with survivors of sexual assault and individuals impacted by trauma. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for providing a safe, supportive space where people feel heard, understood, and not alone in their healing journey.

I have experience working with couples, families, adolescents, and adults, supporting clients through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. My clinical focus includes strengthening emotional responsiveness, developing healthy boundaries, and helping individuals and relationships reconnect in more meaningful ways. I draw from Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy to guide my work.

My goal is to help clients build confidence in themselves and trust in the possibility of change through intentional, conscious effort. I am committed to continually growing as a clinician so I can provide thoughtful, effective, and compassionate care to every person I work with.
